ive been really bad and havent gotten him a real gift >.<
for his last birthday and christmas and holidays ive made him things or we go and do things
but for christmas and my birthday he got me absolutely perfect gifts for me >.<
i wanna receive him something in return for his birthday =)
i adore him yet have no idea what to receive him
ive browsed the other question about gifts for boyfriends on yahoo answers yet nothing worked
a lot said somthing to do with sports- he likes ufc and fighting things but it wouldnt be good for a gift
some said something about favourite tv show or movie or music and those wont work cause we dont watch tv and he already has th music and documentries he likes
and he likes computers and video games but just bought a new computer and has every the games he likes

My hobby is making jewelry, from necklaces to fine gemstone necklaces. I want to know how i can go about if i can start a tiny LLC.. and where i can receive the money. the jewelry are nice, I am a disabled veteran that i make jewelry to relax me and i am already getting requests. I'm 20 yrs old and I have an associate degree. Here's the thing though,I'd like to become a school teacher but just for that I have to go 4 more yrs to school which would mean that I would finish school by the time I'm 24 :S Also while going to school I wouldn't rly be able to work b/c the study takes a lottt of time.
I've always wanted to become a teacher but now I'm not sure if I should go for it.Plus there will be a lot of handcraft courses involved in which I rly suck.
I have already made the mistake of going to hospitality school and had to quit after 2 yrs.
Can someone give me some GOOD advice?????

Every once in a while, I used to hear about great sites that promote fair trade and allow less fortunate people to handcraft items to sell. I don't care where the items are from; I appreciate handmade things from every countries and crafted by every ages. I would really like some unique things, such as bags, jewelry, or kitchen items. I know places like this exist; for example when I go to Guatemala, they have great markets where you can buy amazing goods for a fair (US) price, which in turn helps the sellers immensely. I have an old Martin Saxophone. close the bell the saxophone says "The Martin Elkhart, Ind" The serial number says 20247. According to this http://www.saxquest.com/museumSerials.asp The saxophone is from 1921-1922. I don't know if it is a Handcraft, or anything. I'm including a few pictures of it. Can you please tell me the type(Handcraft, typewriter, committee), and if you can tell me the approximate value of it.
It came in a Conn case
It doesn't have the mouthpiece but it does have the ligature and bocal. It has very minor dents...

My situation is, I have an online store at Etsy.com where I sell a particular handcrafted item. I will not link to the items, or say exactly what they are but what I will say is that with these items there isn't a situation where it's just a coincidence that someone happened to create the same product.
With that said, I have a problem where there is another store at Etsy who has replicated over 3/4th of my products. There are several sellers who sell the same products, and that's wonderful. But what flags a unique situation in this case is that this lady copies my exact design, my exact materials, my exact ideas, and then adds or subtracts one minor detail.
I've contacted Etsy to look what it is that I could do. I would like this to cease, and I would like to peacefully sell my possess items without having to worry about this lady duplicating everything I've created. I'd also like to mention that I am not the only one she does this to. She's done it to at least five others who sell the same products as us, but those have been removed.
I'm very unfamiliar with copyright laws. Is there any law that even pertains to this particular situation? If there is anyone that is an expert in this, and wouldn't mind sending me an email (lpangm03 [at] yahoo.com) , I would greatly appreciate it. I'll be willing to give specifics in email, I just do not want to mention too much here, in case I receive flagged for advertising.

I have an old Martin Handcraft Alto saxophone from around 1925 that is pretty tarnished up. There are no dents or anything, just the finish is dark and tarnished. I was wondering if it would hurt the value of it if I tried something like Tarn-X or a similar cleaner? I really don't know anything about saxophones, but from what I've read, it should be worth a little something and I don't want to do anything that would decrease the value of it, so .......Should I polish my horn????

I have a lot of problems! First off my dad's losing his business.
Secondly I'm losing one of my biggest dreams. I wanted to become a schoolteacher but I failed one of the tests so now they won't accept me. I haven't told my parents b/c I don't know how to. My older sister took the (handcraft) test a year ago and passed it with flying colors. The silly thing is, that I was always the best student from the 5 of us.
Thirdly, I think I'm starting to suffer from insomnia. I can't fall asleep easily and when I do I can't snooze long enough.
I can't talk to a psychologist b/c I would have to ask my parents to look one. And I don't want my dad to know b/c he has enough probs. I don't want to tell my mom b/c she always gets mad when I tell her about my probs,so I never tell her when something goes wrong.
I have so many probs and I don't know what to do??
